Austin was a theater kid in secondary school, as well as music producer through high school. Upon graduating with a Finance degree from Central Michigan University, he revisited acting, and evolved into a filmmaker. By day, Austin manages the client services team of a corporate law firm, fostering skills that translate effectively to producing a film, from pre- to post-production.

He currently leads the Creative Video Department of his alma mater's Division 1 athletics program. He has cultivated a wide array of skills, from video editing to screenwriting, emboldened with a deep passion for film, he brings a jack-of-all-trades approach to AUTO-C.
